TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT

We like to get involved here at Pad B. Throughout the week, we run lots of groups and partake in plenty of activities, that are sure to warm your heart and build your confidence. What We Offer

Seeing people thinking, feeling and acting in accordance to their true nature and potential, what they are really here for is the passion that we have for people while working with you. It is not about us but how we can help you get out of whatever it is that is keeping you stuck. We can help you change these aspects of your life through conversation and personal development programmes both activity based and educational. Its not always about sitting, listening and learning; that is only a percentage of what we do.
